If you've been
searching
for REAL LIFE information about
thread lift?
(also known as a stitch lift, feather lift & non-surgical face lift)
RELAX, you just found it!
I got a thread lift and when I had my procedure
done, I also choose to have excess skin removed surgically and had
some
filler put into my lips.
(In my case the whole procedure was
done under a twilight sedation.)
The reason I am writing to you today is that I know
if your experience is anything like mine you are probably having a hard time
finding information that was written by someone who has
actually has REAL LIFE experience.
If you are like me you are probably
looking for real life information!
... Not the kind delivered through a five minute television segment or even a
glossy pamphlet in your doctor's office.
You see, before I had my procedures done I tried
to do my research.
-
I watched television programs, even extreme
makeover
-
I read glossy magazines, and some of them were
very good
-
I had multiple consultations
at Cosmetic Advisory centers
-
I asked for my friends advice
-
I surfed the net
I found good and useful information but nothing
personal, emotional and comprehensive.
As a direct consequence, when I had my procedure done my
expectations were heavily influenced by information that had been produced by
"marketing & advertising professionals".
What I needed and what I wanted was REAL LIFE INFORMATION,
something written by someone who had actually
gone through these procedures.
I wanted to see REAL PHOTO's - not the kind that have
been airbrushed and manipulated.
I wanted to know about someone else's
emotional experience
of this procedure. After all ... it's a huge step deciding to take on
cosmetic surgery, in any form.
I wanted to
see evidence of how this procedure could work for
an ordinary, every-day woman like me.
So, when I had my surgery, I kept a diary and I took my own
photos.
I tell you what, I'm so pleased I did. Plenty of people have read my book
now and told me that it has helped them. Loads of people have written to
me and I have been able to provide them with important answers.
I have turned my diary and photos into an electronic
book so that I can share with all of you my real-life experience.
I've done this mainly because I
believe it's important everyone has access to this type of information
in order to make a balanced decision and build realistic expectations.
Even though it's a quite a bit of work on my part,
I'll continue to make my book available because of the feedback I
receive from my customers tells me that hearing my story has really
helped them.
In my case, even though I am now satisfied with the
results of my procedures, I wish I had been able to find information
like this when I was deciding whether or not to go through with my
surgery - Real Life Information!
After all ... You are thinking about getting
voluntary facial surgery, and making a substantial financial and
emotional investment. For me there was an enormous amount of risk
in making this decision.
In my book, you will see untouched
photographs and not just a before and after shot. I took
all these photos myself with a digital camera (they haven't been
airbrushed or manipulated). The truth is full recovery takes some
time and you just can't appreciate the healing process until you see
legitimate photographs taken at all stages of recovery.
My advice - do your research because no medical
procedure comes without risk! In my case it came with all
sorts of unexpected surprises.
Not convinced? ...
then let me ask you ...
Have you got a beauty mark, age spot or mole on your face?
Well what do you think is going to happen to that when you have your
procedure?
See, that's what I'm talking about. I never even
considered these kinds of issues and through all my research and consultations
no one ever bought it up.
Here's another
classic ...
For the first 24 hours I was stone deaf!
This was because I had cotton wool stuffed in my ears before my
head was bandaged (perfectly reasonable) but still this deafness was
totally unexpected. I can't believe I didn't see this one coming.
People who knew of my procedure were trying to telephone me to see I
was OK and I couldn't hear a thing they were saying on the phone.
And there were plenty of issues that I came across,
just like this one. This is the kind of information that you can
only develop through sharing someone's Real Life Experience.
Here's exactly what's covered in
my book ...
